Add-on Module for OEM Base Board (with LPC2468 OEM Board) The picture above illustrates how the display is used as an add-on module to the OEM Base Board. The LPC2468 (which is used as main processor on this board) can access the display via an 8-bit parallel interface, 16-bit parallel interface or an 8-bit serial (SPI-like) interface. The interface to this display can be directly to an external 8-bit or 16-bit memory bus or it can just as well be an emulated GPIO bus from LPC21xx processors without external memory interface. A serial (SPI-like) interface is also present. A simple 2x20 pin list (2.54mm pitch) is used to interface the display. Integrated LCD controller with embedded display RAM.
